Statement of Purpose

Primecare (North Wales) Ltd is a limited company which specialises in person-centred domiciliary care.

Primecare (North Wales) Ltd provides a service to:

• Older persons over 18 years and above

• People with a physical disability

• People with sensory loss/impairment

• Elderly mentally infirm

• People with mental health problems 

• Anyone who may need care and support after a stay in hospital or residential home.

• End of life and palliative care

Primecare (North Wales) Ltd is a domiciliary care provider contracted by Conwy County Council. 

 

Privately funded service users may contact our office directly for our price list and Terms of Business.

 

A list of our current charges for services is available on request. Our charges are reviewed on a yearly basis.

 

The services that we provide are offered from between 1 to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This support may be purchased by the service user in full or part, privately or from the local authority/social services.
